The closing ceremony  of the  National Emergency Medical Forum ,  the 3rd Local Government Organization under the topic of "Digital EMS toward Smart City Development" at Tak Sila Hotel, Muang District, Maha Sarakham Province.

Moving forwards to 4.0 Emergency Medical goal,    Flt.Lt. Atchariya Pangma, Secretary General of the National Institute for Emergency Medicine gave a lecture on the topic. "Development Policy for Emergency Medical Systems in Thailand for the Implementation and Management of Local Government Organizations", the main concepts are the aim to promote Thailand's emergency medical system development in 10 local administrative organizations as follows:

1. There will be a collaboration in setting a mechanism to oversee the emergency response system in Thailand and to establish an involvement of all stakeholders, including government, private sector, local and public.

2.  The Emergency Operation Accreditation both in the Management operation unit and Emergency Medical Operation will be implemented. In addition, all certified ambulance will be installed a GPS device for tracking purpose.

3. Emergency operation personnel will be standardized as a certified professional and accepted by all sectors.

4.  The modern information systems will be researched and implemented up-to-date to promptly support an emergency operations.

5.  The collaborative on an emergency access target will be implemented especially in the prone areas and special areas.

6. The implementation collaborative on health care service will be clarified precisely and fair to all partiesinvolved.

7. The implementation collaborative on reducing the death, disability and injury rate

8. The implementation collaborative of establishing the emergency medical system in Thailand to be internationally recognized and accepted.

9.  The implementation collaborative on a making an emergency medical fund to be transparent and cost-effective.

10.  To create a safety and happy on the workplace for all staffs.
